Punctuality
Please
arrive
at
the
studio
a
few
minutes
before
your
class.
Classes
start
promptly
at
the
scheduled
time.
Late
arrivals
cause
distraction
and
reduce
the
1:1
time
instructors
have
with
each
student.
Dropping
Off
or
Picking
Up?
Parents--Museo
is
not
responsible
for
supervising
your
child
outside
of
class
time.
If
you
are
not
staying
in
the
studio
while
your
child
attends
class,
please
be
sure
to
drop
your
child
off
no
earlier
than
5
minutes
before
their
class
begins
and
be
waiting
for
your
child
when
they
are
dismissed
from
class
at
the
scheduled
time.
Focus
In
The
Kids'
Classrooms
In
an
effort
to
prevent
distraction,
parents
and
caregivers
are
asked
to
leave
the
classroom
during
class.
Respectful
behavior
is
expected
at
all
times.
Students
who
prove
to
be
a
continued
distraction
to
the
class
after
repeated
attempts
on
the
instructor's
behalf
to
refocus
them,
will
be
dismissed
from
the
class.
Missed
Classes
Missed
classes
will
not
be
reimbursed.
One
make-up
class
may
be
scheduled
PER
MONTH
for
a
planned
absence
or
sudden
illness.
Several
make-up
options
are
available
throughout
the
week.

of
classes.
Student/parent
must
contact
the
studio
PRIOR
to
the
class
being
missed--NO
EXCEPTIONS.
Make-ups
will
not
be
permitted
for
"no
shows"
and
class
fees
will
not
be
refunded
or
credited.
The
scheduled
make-up
MUST
be
completed
within
two
weeks
of
the
missed
class.
Class
Cancellations
If
an
instructors
becomes
ill
or
is
unable
to
teach
class
on
a
particular
day,
the
academy
will
place
a
substitute
instructor
in
the
class.
If
a
substitute
cannot
be
placed,
the
class
will
be
cancelled.
Every
effort
will
be
made
to
ensure
that
students
are
notified
(by
email
and
phone)
as
soon
as
possible.
Students
may
reserve
a
spot
in
an
alternate
class
as
a
"make
up"
for
the
cancelled
class.
In
the
event
of
inclement
weather,
the
studio
may
adjust
opening/closing
times
or
close
the
studio
entirely.
Students
should
check
the
Museo
web
site
for
news
alerts
or
call
the
studio
to
confirm
a
class.
Students
may
reserve
a
spot
in
an
alternate
class
as
a
"make
up"
for
the
cancelled
class.
Enrollment
Fee
Enrollment
fees
are
due
in
full
on
or
before
the
first
day
of
class.

Weekly
Classes:
For
monthly
enrollment,
a
30-day
written
notice
of
cancellation
is
required
to
terminate
enrollment.
No
refunds
or
credits.
If
enrolled
by
semester,
a
30-day
written
notice
of
cancellation
is
required
to
terminate
enrollment.
No
refunds
after
two
classes.
If
student
decides
to
withdraw
after
two
classes
have
passed,
they
will
receive
a
studio
credit
for
the
unused
balance
starting
30
days
from
date
of
written
notice
less
a
25%
cancellation
fee--based
on
the
full
semester
fee.
Workshops,
Camps
& Monthly
Events:
7-day
written
notice
of
cancellation
required
to
terminate
enrollment
and
avoid
cancellation
fees.
Cancellations
or
schedule
changes
made
within
7
days
of
event
will
be
assessed
a
25%
rescheduling
fee.
The
balance
may
be
applied
toward
a
future
event
or
purchase
in
the
studio.
A
full
refund
(less
$15
processing
fee)
will
be
issued
for
cancellation
made
prior
to
7
days
before
scheduled
event.
Discounts
Multiple Classes:
10% discount when a student enrolls in
more than one weekly class. The
discount will be applied to the lower
priced class if class fees are
different.
Family: 10% discount to each additional
student when simultaneously
enrolling two or more members of an
immediate family.
The discount will be applied to the

Discounts may not be
combined or applied toward the cost of
materials. Maximum discount
permitted is 10%.
Parties,
Custom
Classes
&
Private
Events
A
50%
non-refundable deposit
is
required
to
book
a
party,
customized
class
or event.
Prices
are
based
on
a
minimum
of
10
attendees. Date
changes
made
within
one
week
of
the
scheduled
event
will
be
assessed
a
$50
rescheduling
fee.
